Draymond Green wants Jordan Poole to win Most Improved Player

Morant, a former first-round pick of the Grizzlies, has been sensational this year for his team. After averaging 19.1 points per game last season, Morant has stepped things up in 2021-22, averaging 27.4 points a night.

The high-flyer is in his third NBA season, making it to the All-Star Game for the first time this February. Again, the majority of hoops fans think that Morant is no question the Most Improved Player and it’s hard to argue with that.

Poole has also been strong this campaign too. On the year, the Golden State shooting guard is averaging 18.4 points per game. Last year, he was scoring 12 points per meeting. Poole has also been automatic from the free-throw line. He’s shooting 92.4 percent from the charity stripe.

Poole has played a major role for Golden State, with the team’s supporters hoping the Warriors can go on another deep postseason run and get themselves back to the NBA Finals. Morant has led Memphis to a 56-25 record, which has the team No. 2 in the Western Conference standings behind the Suns, but ahead of the No. 3 Warriors.
